“Who will organise access for my property survey?”

This question is asked a lot. We want to assure you it’s a job for us to organise and not for you!

How do we organise access?

You are now at the stage where your house survey is booked. It’s all systems go to get an Engineer to the property to carry out the Structural Survey. So how does this happen? Well, we look after organising and liaising with your Estate Agent to do just that.

The first thing that happens is one of our Customer Care team will contact you to get a little more information.

You will be asked the name of the person in the selling agent’s office who you are dealing with regarding the sale of the property. Our Customer Care team will then contact the agent directly and arrange a suitable date and time for the inspection to be carried out by our Engineer.

Once the date of the survey is confirmed with the Selling Agent, we will send you an email letting you know the day it will take place.

We take the hassle away! We will even organise for our Engineer to meet the selling agent or vendor at the house to carry out the inspection.
