Opinion on Compliance For Developments with Planning Permission

Are you building a new property or extending an existing one?

What is an Opinion on Compliance?

Opinions on Compliance are required for new builds and extensions to an existing property.

Opinion on Compliance is provided by a Surveyor certifying that the building is in accordance with planning permission granted and Building Regulations.

The Opinion of Compliance is carried out after the completion of the project and is based on a visual inspection of the works.

The following video with Peter and Maria gives some more information on an Opinion of Compliance.
