We are there to listen, help and reassure you.

Our team are here to answer questions you may have about our service.

What happens next?

When you book your inspection our team are there for you every step of the way.  This will give you an idea as to how things work…

  • Your Concerns

    Our friendly and efficient Customer Care team will contact you and discuss your property concerns. Buying a property is a big deal and we get that!

  • Arrange Access

    We will contact the selling agent and organise access to the property. Time for you to relax and let us take over.

  • Date of Inspection

    When we have confirmed a date for the inspection, we will email you directly. We keep our clients in the loop.

  • Overview & Report

    On the day of the inspection our Engineer will contact you with a brief overview of key points from the inspection. We will email you a copy of your report within 3 working days of the inspection date. (Structural Surveys only.)
