- The promoter is: Property Health Check Ltd (company no. 344115) whose registered office is at 20 Main Street, Kenmare, Co. Kerry
- The competition is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Closing date for entry will be July 18th 2021 at midnight. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The prize can only be used for areas in Ireland currently serviced by the company.
- The prize is transferrable.
- The prize is in the form of a voucher against PHC services and cannot be redeemed as cash.
- The voucher is valid for a 12 month period.
- We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
- If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner. Further details will then be provided by PHC as to how you claim your prize.
- Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g.: be photographed for website/newspaper stories, provide a short statement about their win.
