    The areas in Cork where PHC provide services are as follows:-

    • Cork City – All areas within a 15km radius of Cork city centre.
    • North Cork, e.g. Mallow, Mitchelstown, Fermoy.
    • East Cork, e.g. Carrigtwohill, Midleton, Youghal.

    We currently do NOT provide services in West Cork, e,g. areas such as Kinsale, Bandon, Clonakilty, etc.

    The square meterage can often be found on the estate agent web page or brochure for the property. To convert ft² to m² you will need to divide the square feet size by 10.764.
  • Buying an older property?

    During the quoting process, we carefully factor in the age of your property. Inspecting an older property may take longer than for a newer property due to the likelihood of encountering additional issues such as dry rot, inadequate insulation, dampness, and the combined use of traditional and modern building materials which can be incompatible if not installed correctly. Our engineers possess extensive experience in surveying older properties, which is necessary to properly understand and recognise their specific issues.

To avoid any confusion it is best, if possible, to provide the clients own contact details in the next section. Quotations obtained using a third party email address will also be addressed to the third party and not to the client, however the clients details will be recorded in our admin copy.
