  • The Specialist Survey is for a specific issue in a home such as cracks in walls, roof issues, dampness, etc.

    • This quotation, inspection and report is limited to a single inspection, for one structural issue only.

    • Additional issues must be commissioned, inspected and reported on separately.

    • The inspection is a fact finding mission. It is a visual assessment to investigate and report on the potential causes, potential remedy and estimated cost to remedy a specific issue.

    • The report may recommend the opening up of the structure for the purpose of clarity and/or further investigation.

    • Recommendations are based on the engineers findings on the day of the inspection.

    • If you are purchasing a home and wish to know about the structure of the property you require a Pre-Purchase Structural Survey.

  • This is required in the event that we need to clarify information.
  • The estimate will be sent to this email address.
  • If the property or apartment is part of a development please be advised that the specialist report covers one property only, not the entire development or apartment block.
  • This Specialist Survey quotation and associated report is for one structural issue only and is limited to one inspection.

    The report is a fact finding mission which will investigate the potential causes, potential remedy and estimated cost to fix the structural issue.

    As the fact finding mission is based on a visual assessment, for clarity purposes the report may recommend the opening up of the structure for the purpose of further investigation.

    Any recommendations made will be based on the findings of the engineer on the day of the inspection.

    If you wish to have other specialist reports carried out a separate survey must be commissioned.
