Full plans required

For new-build houses, bungalows, apartments and duplex properties, full plans must be submitted before we can provide a quotation. This is subject to the size and complexity of the project, and we may not be able to offer this service for more complex developments.

Apartments and duplexes

For works to an existing apartment or duplex, we quote directly from a description and photos or drawings of the current layout and proposed changes — full architectural plans aren’t required to get started.
