1. This is a visual structural survey that will report and make recommendations on structural issues that could undermine the structural integrity of the property.
2. The survey is not a replacement for tests and investigations of utility services, such as plumbing, heating and electrical services, which should be carried out by competent tradespeople before closing.
3. If required, reviewing of planning documentation or compliance certification can be provided as an additional service after the structural survey has been completed.
