1) PCIT Prima Facie Review
a) This service is a prima-facie – “at first look”- review of queries and documents submitted. It provides a review of documentation based on the engineers first impression of the submitted documents.
b) The service includes a review of documentation submitted by the client / solicitor only.
c) Relevant documents must be attached to the email containing the queries for submission.
2) Limitations of the PCIT Prima Facie Review
a) The service is based on a review of documentation provided to Property Health Check Ltd. by the client/ solicitor. Further investigation may reveal information that could change the response given by the engineer in a prima facie review.
b) The review is limited to one hour of an engineer’s time.
c) No visit to the local authority planning office is included.
d) No research in to planning files, other than those provided by the client/solicitor, is undertaken.
e) No site visit to the property is included.
3) PCIT Reply
a) A written reply is issued to you and/or your solicitor by email.
4) Price and Payment
a) Valid numbered quotations are provided in writing only and are valid for thirty days from the date of issue.
b) Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
c) Payment is taken at the time of booking.
d) If any other services are recommended following the PCIT Prima Facie Review, they will be quoted and charged for separately.
5) Additional Associated Services
a) The PCIT Prima Facie Review does not include the writing or re-writing of certificates of compliance or any other documentation.
b) Certificates of compliance can be provided for an additional fee, if required.
c) The cost of any additional service will be dependent upon the complexity of the issues involved
6) Liability, Confidentiality, and Ownership
a) Ownership of the reply passes to the client upon receipt by Property Health Check Ltd. of full payment.
b) Property Health Check Ltd. accept no liability for errors or omissions, as the PCIT Prima Facie Review is an indicative review of planning documents for information purposes only.
a) Upon payment our planning department will immediately begin researching the queries submitted.
b) Cancellation and refunds will only be actioned at the discretion of Property Health Check.
